Kristina, May I recommend the book "Sex, Lies and Menopause" by T.S. Wiley?

Although I have had a hysterectomy last year (and now wish I had not) and
only have one ovary remaining, I still go through 2 weeks of PMS, then have
about a 28 to 35 day break before the next 2 weeks hit me. The PMS is severe
and life interrupting - I have little or no energy to do things after work,
my lower back feels like it will break in half, I retain tons of water, my
abdomen sticks out like I am pregnant, the mood swings are horrible, breast
tenderness...you get the picture. Shouldn't paleo help with this?
So back to my original question...should I read The Paleo Diet? <SNIP>
