I have come across a wonderful cookbook that has lots of gf recipes in
it, although it is not specifically for celiacs. It is called "World
Vegetarian" by Madhur Jaffrey, and has great dishes from all over the
world. I am especially pleased to find a chickpea flour pizza recipe
which is delicious. It's not cheap at $40 but I found a copy for $3 on
eBay. Even with the $10 shipping (it is big!) it was well worth it. Lots
of new spices to play with, and most of them are easily available at
Whole Foods or a good Indian market. Going gf has given me the incentive
to try out foreign dishes, and for that I am grateful. Enjoy.....
