I just came from the grocery store where I found the Progresso mushroom
soup which I had thought was gluten free says it has maltodextran in it.
Isn't that something we should be avoiding because of the malt barley
connection. I love this soup, but have been having some mysterious
symptoms which may be due to this maltodextran. Any input from the list?
