Thanks listies for the replies on my question about taking melatonin
because I was having trouble sleeping. Here are the results out of 18
replies:
10 people said they take it, LOVE it, and it works.
4 people said they have heard that people with autoimmune disorders should
NOT take it, therefore, they do not.
2 people mentioned taking Benadryl before bedtime.
1 person suggested drinking Montmorency tart cherry juice about 1/2 hr.
before bedtime because it has natural melatonin in it.
1 person suggested drinking chamomille tea, with nutmeg.
1 person suggested walking at least 20 min. a day, 5 days a week before
noon, along with some potassium supplements, and eating a light protein
snack before bedtime.
Thanks for the info, I'm still not sure what I will do, but I appreciate
the info!
