I inquired from you fellow celiacs about all distilled vinegars being gf
because I had already read the information about the distilling process
and was not convinced of the gf status. The articles do not claim to be
100% gf, they say "usually or not normally" which is not a guarantee to
me.

My question was for extremely sensitive celiacs and if they had any
reactions from distilled vinegar.

The reviews are mixed. There were several people who eat it all the
time without a problem. And there were several people who have had
reactions from distilled vinegar and who will now only eat cider, wine
or Heinz distilled white vinegar. These three were listed as being gf
and tried without reaction.

I also had a reaction to vinegar a few years ago thus the inquiry. I am
still staying away from distilled vinegar unless it is further specified
to be cider, wine or Heinz distilled white.

Thank you for all of you who replied.
