Hi listmates,
I have read that one should freeze gluten free breads and other baked goods to preserve their freshness. I have been doing so for the past few months but I don't really know what I am doing. Can anyone offer some tips on freezing breads and other baked goods like muffins? Thanks. I'll summarize.
Lori
