Next Meeting…This spring marks MCSC's 22nd Anniverary of "Celiac Helping
Celiacs" in Wisconsin. This year we will be celebrating with a program designed
for Kids of all ages.

While this meeting is usually help in April, holidays, vacations, and space
availability have pushed up back to Mother's Day weekend. This turns out to be
quite fitting, since this the Moms in the group have been asking for a
meeting like this for quite some time. We will be asking some of our more
experienced celiac kids to share their experience in a Q & A session. We'll have
opportunities for the adults to interact as well.

After the meeting, we hope you can stay for our Taco Tasting with the new
friends you have made. This is based on the build-you-own taco night that has
been a favorite with campers at the GF Fun Camp for the past 2 years. Tacos are
gluten-free, msg-free, milk-free (cheese optional.)

While there is no charge for the Taco Tasting, donations will be accepted for
the 2004 GF Fun Camp Scholarship Fund & also for MCSC member Josephine
Wyman's upcoming trip to Australia with the People to People Student Ambassadors
program.
