Your questions are pretty much meaningless without knowing what kind of files
you want to convert to what.  The easiest transfer methods are going to be by
modem, serial cable, parallel cable, floppy transfer, tape transfer, etc.  It
just depends upon the equipment you have and the size files.  With as vague as
your information is there is no way to give you a better answer.  Actually, if
you're talking about moving the hd the easiest thing would be to set the drive
up as a secondary drive in the machine and just transfer the files using DOS but
beyond that its not possible to say without much more information.
