Hi Everyone;
Thanks for the antenna info.  I have a few things to consider.  Oddly Enough
I tried my vertical Saturday 02-14-04 and no luck at all on 40 or 20. The
swr was unbelievable. I just for fun tried it again after sending my initial
message and go figure the problem temporarily went away.  I can only suspect
that there was ice or snow somewhere that drastically changed the match.
This antenna is tall enough that it tends to wave around a lot in the wind
so sooner or later it will need to be replaced.
