Well, we all can't be on the same time because of the earth's
rotation, but like I said, if we are going to have this let it be
during the months when there is daylight to save.  I remember
when children were being hurt in the Winter months of 1974
because they had to stand outside in the dark and wait for school
buses.  I don't know much of the history of War time, but it must
not have worked either because we don't have that exact thing
today.  73.
