I ran out of the yeast that I always use
Red Star Active Dry Yeast in the 4 oz jar.
All they had in the store in my area was
Red Star but rapid rising.
Not sure of the difference.
I use a bread machine some times and other times just a pan.
Has any one used the rapid rising in the oven and it came out OK?
