Hello List:

Wanted to tell you all of a discovery I made at the
whole foods in austin TX yesterday.

They are "Larabars" and are all gluten free. They are
small bars made with only a few ingredients. (almonds,
dates, etc.)

I had the chocolate coconut chew - it was tasty.

I've had trouble finding any good bars we can have, so
I was pleased about this.

Check out the site at:

http://www.larabar.com/

here is the company response to my inquiry:

Hi Meredith, Yes our bars are gluten free. Let me
know if you have
any other questions. Thanks, Chris
