Hi to the List,

   I want to thank those of you who responded to me concerning gf Mexican choices in Central NJ. Unfortunately, there isn't one right in my own backyard, but sometimes we have to travel for good eating anyway.

    the staff is said to be very accommodating to folks on the gf
    diet

    The food here is made from scratch, and the chef goes down
    to Philadelphia to get fresh items for the restaurant.

    From what I understand, the flour tortillas, and the grilled
    onions are off-limits(cooked in soy sauce). The fajita meat,
    enchiladas, rice, beans, salsa, chips and cheese are all gf here
