Hi everyone

Exciting news--Last night we made the 11:00pm news. NBC in New York. Did
anyone see it? Celiac has made prime time! Yea.........now we are getting
somewhere. I was thrilled to hear it explained to the general public. It was
mentioned that 1 out of 150 people have this disease I thought it was 1 out of
130. I sure hope many of our wonderful doctors were watching and maybe
they learned something and will now look for this disease in many of their
patients I know most doctors ignore celiac because they have been taught this is a
very rare disease when we all know it is not. They also showed the gf
restaurant on Long Island. I forgot the name. Well just thought I would pass
along this wonderful information.
