Hi to the Group,
I sometimes eat out at a local delicatessen. It used to be kosher, but it
changed to kosher-style. In the past they used to have all meats as Hebrew
Natl. which is gf, however, now they dont' use all Hebrew Natl. meat anymore.
I just want to double check. Are all deli meats gf? Some can be processed
with gluten? Am I correct?
If I want to continue eating at this deli(which is by far the closest to
my home) do I ask about the brand of meat used? Can I be safe to assume that
the owner/,manager of the deli would know whether the meats are processed with
gluten?
TIA. Happy Holidays and Happy New Year,
