The Stark County Celiac Support Group will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, June 6th instead of Thursday this month. We are located at 1525 Shorb Ave. NW, Canton, Ohio. Once again, remember the meeting is FRIDAY, NOT THURSDAY this month.

Paul from Mr. Ritt's Bakery in Philadelphia, PA will be conducting the meeting. He will share a lot of tips on topics such as baking with gluten-free flours, storing gluten-free baked goods, serving baked goods after they have been frozen. He is a wealth of information and also has some great handouts.

We will also sample a large variety of his products, which include: cookies, breads, pizza crusts, tarts brownies, cakes, waffles, muffins, his own flour blend and pancake mix. Many of us have already ordered items from him, which we will need to puck at that meeting. Don't worry if you have not ordered, he brings along more than enough "goodies" to see. From past experience, even if you have ordered, you will probably go home with more than you ordered after you see and taste the samples!

Don't forget if your ordered bread from Deland's Bakery, it will also be here at the June meeting for you to pick up.

We will place another order for the Deland's bread during the June 6th meeting, which will be here for the September meeting. You will need to pay a deposit of $2.00 per item. when you order.

We will not meet during the months of July or August but will resume on September 4th.
