The Stark County Celiac Support Group will meet on Thursday, May 1st at 7:00 p.m. at 1525 Shorb Ave. NW, Canton, Ohio. We will be doing a taste test of different varieties of gluten-free pancake mixes.

We will be placing an order for bread from Deland's Bakery. It can be picked up at the June meeting. Don't forget they have hamburger and hotdog buns for your summer cookouts. A deposit will need to be made when you place your order, as we have had several people order numerous items and then not come to the meeting to get them. We will place an order again in June, that will be here for the September meeting. We will NOT meet in the months of July and August.

MR. RITT'S BAKERY IS COMING TO CANTON!!!!

Several of our members attended the Alliance meeting when Mr. Ritt's Bakery from Philadelphia conducted the meeting. He brought along many delicious samples, as well as a wide selection of products to sell. He will be doing a similar meeting for us on FRIDAY, June 6th. He makes a variety of cookies, cakes, tortes, breads, and tarts as well as a pancake and waffle mix and he has his own gluten-free flour mix. We will be passing our order forms at the May meeting and you can order anything he makes and he will bring it along to June meeting for you.

If you have any questions, please call (330) 497-1800.
