Hi to the Group,

  Again thanks for your help and guidance. I must have had about 50 replies
in my inbox when I came in the room tonight.

  Wheat-free is not the same thing necessarily as gluten free. Avoid the
items with the labels designated wheat-free, and stick with the labels designated
as gluten-free. Wheat free products can still contain other things such as
rye, barley, or malt, which can be deleterious to folks with CD.
