  Dear Listmates,

In today's (Sunday's) Hartford Courant there is an article called "Sour
on Dough".  In it the author relates how more and more people must be on
the Atkin's diet because people aren't eating the bread in restaurants
and (horror of horrors) are ordering burgers without buns.

I sent him an email explaining Celiac Disease and mentioned Dr. Fasano's
study. I ended by saying I was putting a link to his article on the
listserv and wouldn't be surprised if he received many emails. I
subsequently found out the listserv won't allow me to send the link and
the reporter's email address (or maybe it's my email program) so, if
you're interested, send me an email requesting them and I will send them
to you directly.
