Echo Farm Puddings is a VT company and sells its products throughout New
England. I don't know about elsewhere in the US--They are gluten free.

Here is their response to my query

Good Afternoon Helen!  Thank you for visiting our website and taking the
time to write to us!  I have great news for you!  All of our flavors of
puddings are gluten-free.  We have checked all of our ingredients,
including
our starches, vanilla extract, and alcohols and found no sources of
gluten.
We will be adding this to the lid of our products in the near future, as
well as adding it to our website.  If you have additional questions or
concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me!  Thank you again for
writing
and showing your support for our family dairy farm.  Take care!

Puddingly yours,

-Courtney
