Hi Listmates,

Thanks to everyone who responded to my query about Indian food. There was no
definitive answer to my question of whether or not at least some dishes are
GF. Most folks who wrote said they ate it with out having problems. A few
stated they had symptoms after eating it. One person offered the opinion that
she believed the tiny amount of flour that might be in the tiny amount of
spices that go into a dish does not worry her. My decision, as a relatively
newly diagnosed Celiac is to avoid Indian food until I get a clean bill of
health. After that I might try Indian food again and see what happens
