Hello,

What screen reader are you using? I actually use Citibankonline myself and
just went and tried this on XP Pro with JAWS 4.02 and 4.5. In both cases
IE did crash. When I unloaded JAWS and tried the process with Narrator
running, things didn't crash.

Although it is tedious, here's one possible work around until a better
solution can be found. This assumes you are using JAWS.

Use JAWS to navigate to the point where you are prompted for the file
download, that is where you choose between Save or Open. Then unload JAWS
and launch Narrator to enter the file name and such. This should get the
file to your hard drive.

I'll experiment a bit more. I'm by no means certain this is simply a bug
because JAWS is running yet.
