In response to my recent summary on sprouted grains, Charlie would like to
know why anyone would care.

Because it contains up to 70% chlorophyll (one of nature's most health
promoting nutrients), amino acids, digestive enzymes, minerals, vitamins
and other important nutrients.

Charlie, if it is safe for me to eat this remarkable food, I will.

Janice.
