Casserole Sauce Mix
2 c dry milk
3/4 c cornstarch
1/4 c chicken bouillon
2 T dried onion
1 tsp thyme
1 t basil
1/2 t pepper
Mix. Makes 3 cups = equal to 9 cans cream soup. Store in airtight
container.
To substitute in casserole: 1/3 c mix with 1 c water = 1 can soup. Heat
until thick. May add celery, mushrooms or chicken pieces.
