No - but from my experience of conversations with hundreds of people who have
been on ketogenic diets over the past 30 years, I would say that only a
minority were consuming sufficient supplies of protein.

There is a difference between writing a book for fitness fanatics that contains
what is known about the truth, and writing a book for the average person that
improves their diet.

There is a need for both kinds of books, but actually the latter sort of book
is ultimately more important.
