Indigestible?  So they pass right through you?  (ex. olestra and "anal
leakage"). Any references to support this?  If this were the case, I'm sure
that "weight loss products" companys would be lining up to process, cook,
hybridize, and pollute the hell out of whatever frankenfats they can sell.

Can you expand on the point about local irritants?
