Hi. I was on E-bay and for fun put in Celiac and did a search.  It did bring up 2 celiac references, one of which is Soyfee, a soy based coffee alternative which is gluten free.  I thought I would post that info here in case any one was interested.  There was no further information except for a picture of a coffee cup which had "soycoffee.com" on it.FWIW.  Clare MA
