Hi to All,

I use lots of Solgar products and was concerned that my Vitamin E might be
from a Wheat Germ source, so I wrote to them and they provided me with the
following information:

Thank you for your recent call to Solgar Vitamin and Herb.  We appreciate
your interest in our products.

In response to your email, the source of Solgar's Vitamin E 400 IU Softgels
is derived from soybean oil.  All of Solgar's vitamin E supplements including
Vitamin E 400 IU Softgels are gluten-free.

For your future reference, the following lists the Solgar products that DO
CONTAIN gluten:

Gold Specifics® Cholesterol Support Tablets
Earth Source Multi-Nutrient Tablets
Earth Source Greens and More Powder
Earth Source Greens and More Tablets
Formula VM-2000® Tablets
Miller's Bran Tablets 500 mg
Multiple Fiber Formula Vegicaps®
Oat Bran Tablets 750 mg
Optein* Wellness Powder
Brewer's Yeast 7 ˝ Grains Tablets with Vitamin B12

At this point in time, the other products in Solgar's product line are
gluten-free.

I hope this information is helpful.  If you have any further questions,
please feel free to contact the Product Information Center at 1-877-SOLGAR-4
(1-877-765-4274).

Thank you for choosing Solgar for your nutritional supplement needs.

Very truly yours,
SOLGAR VITAMIN AND HERB
