This is a company which makes some products that are gluten free
including muffins (a new product).

Their muffins are gluten free, low carb, dairy free, sugar free, and
yeast free. They are shipped freshly baked and must be frozen upon
arrival at the store. I saw them at a food show but they were not in
production at that time so I could not taste them to verify if they are
worth trying.  6 flavors--Chocolate, Banana, blueberry, apple spice,
vanilla & peanut butter. OU-pareve

Their rolls do contain gluten so be careful and check their products
prior to purchasing them.
