Reminder! -- the deadline to register for Patient Education Education Day at
Columbia is this Friday, October 25th.

Patient Education Day, sponsored by the Celiac Disease Center at Columbia is
an all day symposium by experts for patients and interested medical
practitioners. It will be held Saturday, November 2nd, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30
p.m. at the Alumni Auditorium, Black Building, 650 West 168th Street, New
York-Presbyterian Medical Center, New York, NY.

Driving to New York-Presbyterian Medical Center (Columbia-Presbyterian) is
easy, as the campus is just a few blocks from Route 9A (Henry Hudson
Parkway), very near the George Washington Bridge. There are several parking
garages available and conveniently located on the medical center campus.

The Registration Fee is $50 a person, which includes the academic
presentations, continental breakfast, refreshments, and lunch.  Vendors of
gluten-free food will also be present.  For more information and/or to
