The Zojirushi bread machine that was listed as a best by several listmates recently is on sale at Kitchens Etc. for $129 until 1/18.

Now, how do I program it? It gives the option of setting the times, etc, but I don't know what times to use. I'm guessing I would use the regular pre-heat. How long would I knead, and how long a rise and bake? My recipes say to follow instructions with the machine, but the machine stresses to use high gluten flours. Any help would be much appreciated.
