Hey all...!

A friend of mine gave me her old crockpot, and I was wondering if anyone
had favourite crockpot recipes to share.  Anything but ham goes as I'm
not overly fond of ham.

I love to cook - last night I made a yummy Thai Green Fish - but I've
never used a crockpot before and any recipes or tips would be mightily
welcome!
