Hi, Alex!

I recently did research on magnesium, and the most bioavailable forms of Mg
may be the same as those for Calcium. Maybe our resident Nutritionist can
weigh in on this. The most easily absorbed forms of Mg, according the Dr.
Walt Stoll are: orotate, aspartate, and glycinate. Mg malate is very
relaxing. Mg chloride is good only in IV form, and Mg oxide is worthless
in any form.

Liquid forms are probably best absorbed; capsules are next best; and
tablets are usually hardest to absorb, provided none of these have any
weird additives.

Hope this helps.

Jane
