I called the company because I found a package of dried buttermilk at my
local Whole Foods (I cannot use the Saco brand for reasons which are not
pertinent to this group). The buttermilk is GF. It is kosher certified
by the OU.

In fact most of their products are gf and they do test all their
products. The gf products are:
all their fluid milks
chocolate milk
half and half
heavy whipping cream
lightly salted butter
nonfat dried milk
all their PURE meat products

Their ground chopped meats are NOT gf.
