As I read all your mails I am struck by the number of people who manage to avoid relapses for as long as 5 yeras.
I am trying to understand what I am missing. 
I was diagnosed 1 year ago and the longest I was able to not have an accident was 3 months. some I can easily retrace and can attribute to my inexperience.
The last one ( thanksgiving week end ) has me totally baffled and I am looking for answers.
As far as I can tell 3 possible sources for this last relapse
-One ( +++) cherry tomato at a friends house buffet!!!( can't be )
_ I handled  non gf bread ( the kind that has a lot of bread crumbs all over the place )and cut a non gf cake .Most likely did not wash my hands when I then ate.( but as far as I know not using my fingers )
If that's all it takes I do not understand how people can remain GF for so many years.or even how one can ever go to a restaurant like outback because no matter how careful the staff is,they do handle bread all the time.
My understanind of the disease is that all celiacs have the same sensitivity. a bread crumb is a bread crumb.
These are my questions to the sucessfully gf out there 
1. how doyou do it if you live as I do with non celiacs ( I know about special cutting boards ect.. ect.. )
2. any thpoughts about my thanksgiving experience. (the turkey was butterball and that is gf by the way)
