NO! Now let's get those two-toned minds back into focus because this post is
about how a cp body feels especially stiff and wooden in the morning. Other
than pounding down some medication and sitting on the heating pad for 1/2 an
hour, does anyone have any suggestions how to avoid feeling like a wooden
doll every morning?

It gets to the point where I hate to open my eyes and start a new day. I
feel like my body has 120,000 miles on it, and I'm trying to turn it over
without any oil, in February, in Fargo! What do the rest of the "oldsters"
do to overcome this feeling?
