My sister and brother-in-law have been on Neanderthin for a month or two
and both eat commercial meat. Both have lost 20 lbs and feel great.

wonder why..since there is hardly any difference between them, apart
from
less Om-3 [which makes no practical difference, since land animals are
not a
great source anyway].  might be a challenge, to find ONE thing Cordain
has
got right. anyone?
