It's melting temperature is 76 degrees -- what's the ambient temperature of
your house. I live in Southern California -- my coconut oil is solid most of
the time -- might get a bit mushy during a heat wave, but it gets quite hard
if I refridgerate it. Apparentlyin the tropics its a liquid oil.  What brand
oil do you use? I've been using Tropical Traditions.
