Hello,

I have been lurking on this great list for several months. Both my blood
test
and endoscopy came back with "suggestive but not definitive" results,
however, I have known for years that wheat causes digestive problems for me.
My doctor suggests going gluten-free, and it has helped with the diarrhea,
and has taken away some of my lethargy. I am overweight somewhat, and have
not been anemic since I was a young child.

But I wonder, do I have to be as specific about it as some of you are,
worried with cross-contamination, and hidden and trace ingredients? Since
going off wheat, my lactose intolerance problem has also been reduced.

Thanks for your responses

Michele
