Harry,
If you do not have an up to date anti virus program and a rescue
disk made by that program from which to reboot your computer, you
will need help from someone who hassuch.

Meanwhile I must reccommend you do not send any further emails
and probably that you do not access the net using your computer.
You may well be randomly spreading the KLEZ virus and damaging
files on your and other peoples computers.

this Klez virus can be removed but it is tricky.

You are going to need help from somebody with experience.

I suspect it will need to be done without your screen reader
loaded.

This is exactly why everyone must have up to date anti virus
software running any time you access the internet if you are
running any windows internet access system at all.

sorry harry, its a tough lesson.

I don't think there is a 'key stroke by key stroke" answer for
you.

Your stuttering sound card is probably due to either having too
many tasks open at once or simply too slow a processor.
good luck
tom Fowle
