Dear Listmates:

It looks like my summary post didn’t come through the first time, so here’s my second attempt:

Thanks to everyone who sent brand suggestions for L-glutamine and probiotics that were GF, CF, soy, peanut and potato free. Suggestions were:

Probiotics: Life Start, Nature's Way Bifidopoulous, Nature's Way Primadophilus, hlc high potency by Pharmax, Culturelle probiotic recommended by Dr. Fine, "the one with the white label and blue printing" : ) , homemade yogurt (I should have specified that “CF” for me meant casein free : )!

L-glutamin: Thorne Vital Nutrients; TwinLabs 500 mg.'s; Natren's; Vitamine SHoppe, Solgar, Twin Labs

One person said that l-glutamine is on their "unsafe" list, another said that it can be derived from wheat, but that Kirkman Labs makes a brand that is GF, CF, etc., and suggested checking with Kirkman for probiotics as well.

A couple of people recommended brands, but did not specify which product:

RenewLife
Klaire Labs Vital Life Pro-5

Again, thanks to all!

Deborah in OKC
