The two canonical lists of 'what to eat' and 'what not to eat'
can be found in "NeanderThin" and "The Paleo Diet". Both are
fairly detailed. The main controversal difference in these two
is the amount of meat fat.
And then others will add to and substract from or combine these to get
what they end up doing.
