The author said it is from coconut oil but it doesn't

What are the negative parts of coconut oil?

I assumed they were the saturated fat? I don't know. it's in this book
called Good Fats, Bad Fats that really pretty fascinating. the author says
butter is also a short or medium chain fat and so is also burnt up rather
than stored. he does say saturated fat is still bad for you and should be
kept to 30% of daily grams, with daily grams being about 65.
