I found this in their FAQ section, thought others might want to know:
  Do Benecol Spreads contain Gluten?   Benecol Spreads do not contain
gluten. Glutens are naturally-occurring proteins found in grains such
as wheat, rye, barley, and oats, but are not found in corn.

Are Benecol Spreads kosher? Benecol Spreads are kosher. Benecol
Spreads bear the Circle U (Pareve) symbol. Certification was given by
Rabbi Yoel Shonfel, Rabbinical Coordinator of the Orthodox Union.

Do Benecol Spreads contain Lactose? Benecol Spreads do not contain lactose.
