Ok, I've been eating Paleo for about 45 days now. I had baseline numbers
for cholesterol and triglycerides from my old eating habits, and I recently
got tested to see if my values had changed with my new diet.

I know you guys aren't doctors, and I'm not asking for medical advice. I
think, though, that some of you have a bit more experience interpreting
these numbers than I do.

                         Jan. levels Apr. levels
Total Cholesterol 178 177
HDL 51 47
LDL 107 113
Triglycerides 100 82

What can I do to improve my HDL levels and lower the LDL levels?

Other than that, I think I'm pleased with the numbers.

TIA--
