A noise bridge won't do anything as far as tuning the transmitter.  It
will allow you to match a tuner or check impedence of the antenna or
resonance, but don't trnasmit into that sucker, or it is history.  You
need some kind of relative output device as mentioned in an earlier
message.  I have no desire at all to go back to tube rigs.
