I'm not sure if I sent this already or not, so here goes again.  Took some
digging to find this, but as you can see by the note, was posted to
blind-hams some time agol.

For the scanner listeners among us, here's the list of channels for
the Family Radio Service.  Popular Communications, July, 1997, has
an informative article about this new wservice.  The transmitter
power is 1 half watt, handheld only.
