You might write to Roxio suggesting that they include an option to put the *.bin(s) on a dedicated drive, but for now that is not an installation option.  I'm pretty sure that version 3.11.59 is the most current.  I haven't heard of Vopt.  I use Diskeeper 7.0, by Executivesoftware.com, which will leave my 40 and 30 gig drives with 0 fragments in under 5 minutes.
