Hi everyone,

Hope you can help with an answer to this: Just got an e mail from
King Arthur The Baker's Catalogue in response to a question concerning
gf status of some items and their reply included this statement: "We do
have rice flour, Chickpea flour, Spelt flours, cornmeal and Graham flour
that are all gluten free." Can this be correct? I thought spelt and
graham flours were a big no-no, not gluten free. Does anyone have any
insight into the status of spelt and graham, is this something new?

On the brighter side The Baker's Catalog is now caring a limited
variety of gf mixes and have an in-house celiac on board.

I have no interest in this company, just in good gf eating. Summary to follow
any responses. Thanks in advance. Jean in IL
