Dear everyone,

In case you're wondering, asofoetida's wonderful quality is that it helps your
body digest lentils & beans without your getting terrrrible gas! That's its
purpose in East Indian recipes.

So, since our alternate celiac choices are to choose various flours made out
of lentils and beans, it can be quite useful to add some asofoetida.
